We had our internet service with Tyler Frazier today. I couldn’t ask for better service. He was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain tech details that would benefit our family and home. The installation process was quick and professional and the setup looked great! I highly recommend his service and Tachus/EZ Fiber.
Tyler Frazier is awesome at his job! He needs to train others or be moved up in the company. He is personable, attentive, listens and has a knack for going above and beyond to make sure service is up and running smoothly. He also takes the time to explain how things work. He needs to be in upper management and helping guide the company to even greater bottom line goals!
Just had my internet installed by Cameron, let me tell you. This has already been the best service just from installation and customer service. He was great, explained everything, and installed the modem in the room I needed. Honestly. Only time can tell but, I am confident that this will be a great experience for the both of us. We had Tyler come out to install gigabit at our house, and he did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond by helping us set up our Wi-Fi Eero system. Tyler took the extra time to swap out the faceplate so no cable was hanging loose, leaving everything super neat and professional. He carefully set up the system on our filing cabinet, tidied up after himself, and patiently waited while I reset my Eero account since I couldn’t remember my password. He even gave us a quick and helpful lesson in low-voltage basics. Overall, Tyler was professional, efficient, and very personable. Thank you sooooo much! :)
Absolutely fantastic experience with Tyler! Tyler showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He explained the whole process, made sure the signal was strong in every room, and cleaned up after the install like he was never even there. You can tell he takes pride in his work—quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Internet is running perfectly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Tyler if you want it done right the first time!
