Best installation experience I’ve had. Mike showed up very prompt and courteous. I showed him where I would like the box installed and he said no problem. I’m used to the struggle with the providers in the past trying to negotiate where I can have the access point, not with Tachus. Mike was done in minutes and everything looked good. David came in to install the modem and he was very friendly and helpful. He confirmed all speeds and went extra mile to make sure my existing network equipment was compatible. He didn’t leave until it was working and even helped me reset some equipment. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even with all this it was very timely and I have high speed service. Highly recommended.

From my first contact to the final installation, Tachus delivered a quality of service rarely seen today. Every contact I have had has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is their primary goal.
