We had Tyler come out to install gigabit at our house, and he did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond by helping us set up our Wi-Fi Eero system. Tyler took the extra time to swap out the faceplate so no cable was hanging loose, leaving everything super neat and professional. He carefully set up the system on our filing cabinet, tidied up after himself, and patiently waited while I reset my Eero account since I couldn’t remember my password. He even gave us a quick and helpful lesson in low-voltage basics. Overall, Tyler was professional, efficient, and very personable. Thank you sooooo much! :)
Absolutely fantastic experience with Tyler! Tyler showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He explained the whole process, made sure the signal was strong in every room, and cleaned up after the install like he was never even there.
