I've got only Good to say about my new Tachus Service. The experience signing up for your service is a joy! From the telephone calls to the office, to installation, each team member has delivered exceptional customer service, and I am grateful! The team members over the phone are always very polite, cheerful and professional, listen to every question and concern, and address every detail with great care. Installation was done by Danny, who was also very polite and professional, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable, and guided me through the process of getting signed in and set up! I also have to mention, Danny did an excellent job on the exterior as well, installing the line in a much less conspicuous manner than the previous cable I used. Job well done! Thank you Danny, and the ladies I spoke with in the office, and Tachus Team!!!
We have not begun our service with Tachus yet. However, I am compelled based on the phone call. I just had to give this review. Kristina was an unbelievable blessing to us today. She stayed on the phone with this old lady (retired and clueless) while I went through the process of signing up in order to save a ton of money. She even hung with me as I navigated very clumsily to determine what speed I currently have with our current company. Her attitude was just lovely. Her voice was so soothing and cheerful and she treated me like I was her own mom. My husband and I can't say enough about Kristina. We thank Tachus so very much for having her on the other end of the phone. We are very excited to begin a relationship with this company based on our phone call with her. Kristina is worthy of 10 plus stars! ⭐️

Had our service installed last week. Communication with the home office for scheduling was great; we had to change the day of install and doing that was smooth and the office was very friendly. The team that ran the line up to the house on the outside was respectful of property and kept things clean and tidy; you can barely see where the line was laid. Our indoor installer was Michael and he was friendly, respectful of property, and the process was quicker than i thought it would be. He also made sure that the box was oriented the way i wanted in my makeshift media enclosure closet. Overall great experience, thanks Tachus!
Excellent customer service by Danny Give me a call 45 minutes prior to coming out to the house. He walked me through all the steps that he’s gonna be doing. Performed them steps had no problems. Once he got done installing everything, he walked me through how to use the app. Insulation job was perfect.
