Excellent customer service by Danny Give me a call 45 minutes prior to coming out to the house. He walked me through all the steps that he’s gonna be doing. Performed them steps had no problems. Once he got done installing everything, he walked me through how to use the app. Insulation job was perfect.
Just had my install on 8/30. Juan Nunez was the technician and he was amazing. Very professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. The process was quick and painless and he was in and out in less than an hour. My referral credit was processed the same day. This company has their act together and understands the importance of good customer service. Very satisfied!!
We had an appointment with Tachus to set up the internet service at our new home. Mr. Jose L. was our technician for the day. He was on time, polite, informative and very professional. It only took him about an hour to service our home so it was very sufficient, after all he's been doing this for 24 years. We're very impressed and happy with our service. Highly recommended!
Our Tachus installation was done on 09.04.24. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Alfonso was our installer. What a great guy - He arrived on-time, was very personable, professional, efficient and courteous. The install went perfectly. From start to finish, from placing the order, to the line drop, to the install, all was very smooth. Tachus came out today to install our fiber. We had such great service by the supervisor, John Wilson, who personally spent extra time making sure that I got the service I needed for my whole home. Our technician Les Aldrich also made sure that the lines were running into the home where was the most optimal for our setup. Shout out to John and Les for taking extra time and effort to make sure that we were happy customers. I appreciate them.
