We had Tyler come out to install gigabit at our house, and he did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond by helping us set up our Wi-Fi Eero system. Tyler took the extra time to swap out the faceplate so no cable was hanging loose, leaving everything super neat and professional. He carefully set up the system on our filing cabinet, tidied up after himself, and patiently waited while I reset my Eero account since I couldn’t remember my password. He even gave us a quick and helpful lesson in low-voltage basics. Overall, Tyler was professional, efficient, and very personable. Thank you sooooo much! :)
Absolutely fantastic experience with Tyler! Tyler showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He explained the whole process, made sure the signal was strong in every room, and cleaned up after the install like he was never even there. You can tell he takes pride in his work—quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Internet is running perfectly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My installers name was Andres and he did an amazing job on setting up my internet. He was punctual and patient, while also very helpful with guiding me through all the steps with the app. He provided useful information about how the router works through wifi and Ethernet.
Tyler was quick and efficient. Communicated his timeline well and was great about setting expectations. I have a custom firewall and he patiently assisted while I did my own testing and setup of my equipment.
