We are new customers to Tachus, but with everything we have found AMAZING customer service! When you call, you immediately get a person that knows technical details and quickly answers all your questions. The installer (Elvin) for the new line, went over and above to check out all of the options for the best placements for the best overall service. Elvin was completely informed and did a phenomenal job for installing our new line. Above all of this, Elvin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, he stayed to be sure that all of our equipment connected properly and updates were complete, to be sure that we would get the optimal service from Tachus. We so appreciate the great customer service.

Excellent customer service by Danny Give me a call 45 minutes prior to coming out to the house. He walked me through all the steps that he’s gonna be doing. Performed them steps had no problems. Once he got done installing everything, he walked me through how to use the app. Insulation job was perfect.

We had an appointment with Tachus to set up the internet service at our new home. Mr. Jose L. was our technician for the day. He was on time, polite, informative and very professional. It only took him about an hour to service our home so it was very sufficient, after all he's been doing this for 24 years. We're very impressed and happy with our service. Highly recommended!

**8/13/24-Update to my review below....so far, the best internet service we've ever had as well.** Best experience I’ve EVER had with a service utility company. Quick, easy, and painless. Not to mention, our installer Luvell was excellent. Very nice, helpful and overall a genuinely good person. Nothing ‘scripted’ as you get with a lot of other companies.
