From my first contact to the final installation, Tachus delivered a quality of service rarely seen today. Every contact I have had has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is their primary goal. I wish I could remember all the contact names, but my installer Pablo was fantastic! This entire experience has been great, and a very welcome change from my years with Optimum.

Best installation experience I’ve had. Mike showed up very prompt and courteous. I showed him where I would like the box installed and he said no problem. I’m used to the struggle with the providers in the past trying to negotiate where I can have the access point, not with Tachus. Mike was done in minutes and everything looked good. David came in to install the modem and he was very friendly and helpful. He confirmed all speeds and went extra mile to make sure my existing network equipment was compatible. He didn’t leave until it was working and even helped me reset some equipment. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even with all this it was very timely and I have high speed service. Highly recommended.

From the telephone calls to the office, to installation, each team member has delivered exceptional customer service, and I am grateful! The team members over the phone are always very polite, cheerful and professional, listen to every question and concern, and address every detail with great care. Installation was done by Danny, who was also very polite and professional, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable, and guided me through the process of getting signed in and set up! I also have to mention, Danny did an excellent job on the exterior as well, installing the line in a much less conspicuous manner than the previous cable I used. Job well done!
