He explained the whole process, made sure the signal was strong in every room, and cleaned up after the install like he was never even there. You can tell he takes pride in his work—quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Internet is running perfectly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Tyler Frazier is awesome at his job! He needs to train others or be moved up in the company. He is personable, attentive, listens and has a knack for going above and beyond to make sure service is up and running smoothly. He also takes the time to explain how things work. He needs to be in upper management and helping guide the company to even greater bottom line goals!

We had Tyler come out to install gigabit at our house, and he did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond by helping us set up our Wi-Fi Eero system. Tyler took the extra time to swap out the faceplate so no cable was hanging loose, leaving everything super neat and professional. He carefully set up the system on our filing cabinet, tidied up after himself, and patiently waited while I reset my Eero account since I couldn’t remember my password. He even gave us a quick and helpful lesson in low-voltage basics. Overall, Tyler was professional, efficient, and very personable. Thank you sooooo much! :)
