It is a true testament to your reliability as a large pine tree crushed half of my house, but because of Tachus I was able to stay online with a battery back-up so that I could make phone calls and text. The phone carriers could not get anything out. Y’all have my unwavering support and appreciation for the fine infrastructure y’all have created.

Since day one of getting set up with Tachus we have NEVER had a problem. Our previous internet provider, was absolutely horrible. We will always use Tachus as our provider and they have NEVER gone up in price. Tachus all the way!

Switched from Xfinity to Tachus. Not a single regret. Xfinity was reliable in my house but the speed was slower and less consistent. Tachus, I haven’t had an outage and speed is considerably faster for video calls and the file upload/download is better.

Switched over a year ago. We had AT&T and Xfinity before. The internet with Tachus is better, the customer service is infinitely better, and I don’t have to call and fight over new contract pricing every year.

Before I could even call, Tachus texted me letting me know they already detected an issue after the storm. They also texted me and gave detail as to why it happened, a construction crew accidentally cut the line. To say I was impressed by the experience is a massive understatement. It was the communication after the storm, and the ability for a company to treat a large swatch of customers as, well, humans that will keep me as a customer.

Tachus is excellent. Outages are as rare as they can get. Performance is great, speeds are consistent, and latency is super low.
