The electricity was out for 4 days. I connected the modem to the generator and I had internet! Tachus has generators on their lines to keep it going even during a power outage!

It is a true testament to your reliability as a large pine tree crushed half of my house, but because of Tachus I was able to stay online with a battery back-up so that I could make phone calls and text. The phone carriers could not get anything out. Y’all have my unwavering support and appreciation for the fine infrastructure y’all have created.

Without Tachus we would have no means of communication between family during hurricane Beryl and this aftermath. Cell service dropped, power is out but we connected our routers and modems to the generator and we are all back online! Thank you so much for all you do!

I just wanted to say thank you to Tachus! I have been on a generator and my service has been steady with no issues. I know my neighbor’s cable based service wasn’t active until a few hours later after the storm. I will highly recommend your service with anyone that has it available in their area.

Tachus was totally uninterrupted at our house during hurricane Beryl. Family over in Spring/Klein lost all Xfinity service, and their VOIP phones also went down.

Didn’t have a generator but as soon as power came back we had internet from Tachus while our neighbor with Xfinity did not.

Before I could even call, Tachus texted me letting me know they already detected an issue after the storm. They also texted me and gave detail as to why it happened, a construction crew accidentally cut the line. To say I was impressed by the experience is a massive understatement. It was the communication after the storm, and the ability for a company to treat a large swatch of customers as, well, humans that will keep me as a customer.
