Switched from AT&T Fiber. No complaints. Simple and straightforward. Price is lower and the bandwidth is more reliable. My internet streaming services run pretty much flawlessly.
Upload bandwidth is dramatically higher, so if you do video calls or use internet phone services, you will notice.

Tachus is fantastic. Instead of constantly berating your ISP because their stuff doesn't work, you just forget about it.
Their billing is excellent. You give them your credit card, they charge you monthly and if your service is $90, your credit card is only charged $90.

Used to have Xfinity for over a decade. They were always down. Look at the router wrong? Down. Temp goes over 90 degrees? Down. Goes under 50 degrees? Down. Ground too wet? Down.
Tachus is amazing. Solid network design, great communication and solid customer service. I would imagine in the event of an extinction level apocalypse, Tachus customer service would probably notify us the network might be down for 10-15 mins and apologize for the inconvenience. Then they’d be down for 2-3 mins, tops.
Also Comcast is terrible. Just horrible. Did I say enough?

Switched over a year ago. We had AT&T and Xfinity before. The internet with Tachus is better, the customer service is infinitely better, and I don’t have to call and fight over new contract pricing every year.

Switched from Xfinity to Tachus. Not a single regret. Xfinity was reliable in my house but the speed was slower and less consistent. Tachus, I haven’t had an outage and speed is considerably faster for video calls and the file upload/download is better.
