First off, my inquiry phone call with Tachus was warm and responsive to my many questions. I wasn’t home when the fiber was brought underground to my home, but Terrence the installer kept the high bar set by the customer service team. He was professional and careful to attend to details as he got our house up and running. I am very pleased with how he respected my home and discussed placement of the thin fiber-optic line so my modem and router could be placed optimally. If the connectivity matches the customer service Tachus has provided us thus far, we are going to be very happy long-term customers.
