The superior choice to cable

I have really enjoyed my experience with Tachus so far. They are friendly, helpful and take the time to answer my many, many questions. I can talk to a live person who speaks my language as their first language (no disrespect to anyone else, it's just easier) without navigating through endless phone prompts. I talked with multiple people in their customer service department asking questions and getting everything setup before I started my service. Emily is the only person's name I remember, but they were all wonderful. Alfredo came out to do the actual in-home install and was excellent. He let was friendly, informative, and very attentive to detail (making wires, wall plates, etc. look nice and tidy). I am very happy with Tachus and grateful for the alternative to some other big internet companies.

I just received an install from technician Mike he was absolutely amazing. So polite very professional and respectful of my home. Not sure how service is just yet but the customer service is well above average. I can’t say enough great things about Mike. Thank you so much and he was quick. Made sure to walk me through the app and full explain it which I have never had. I have been in my home 1 year and this is the third provider and so far the absolute best of all. Thank you Mike for everything. Tachus he deserves a raise or promotion.

Edit: They were able to resolve my concerns Man, Tachus internet was awesome until today. Seriously, I just had the worst customer service experience ever with Penny, one of their supervisors. Before this, they were totally perfect. So, my internet crapped out yesterday for the first time, but it wasn't their fault—turns out the whole Houston area lost internet. Anyway, when I was on their website, I saw their 2.5 Gig service dropped to $89 a month. I'm paying $110, so I called to see if I could get the new price. After I asked to speak to a supervisor, Penny basically said, "Nope, that's just for new customers," which is bogus, 'cause Tachus always talks about having super straightforward pricing, no games. The first agent I talked to at Tachus said I could send in a flyer from Xfinity that showed 2 Gig for $85 a month, and they'd look into price matching. But when I asked Penny about it, she had no clue what I was talking about. So, the first agent must've been talking to a different manager. I asked to speak to that manager, "Joey," and Penny was like, "I'm not sure if he's available." I said I could wait, and she immediately said, "He's not available." Total brush-off. This whole thing sucks. I've really liked Tachus up until now. But seriously, I'm checking out Xfinity today. I've attached screenshots of the pricing too.

Just switched from AT&T to Tachus fiber. I was with ATT for 20 years and never got any attention or benefit from them. They should not have been surprised I finally made the move. The Tachus experience was great from the start. The signal even reaches my outdoor bar for football season. I'm paying about 25% less for over 20 times the speed at 1 gig! Our viewing and phone services are amazing! David was our installer and is a talker which I liked as he educated us about our system. Thanks David! Very conscientious, clean, expedited install! Thanks Tachus!

Patrick, my installer, was on time even letting me know he was en route. He performed fast clean work and explained the process step by step keeping me informed the whole time. He also took the time to answer questions I had about the services and the equipment. I hadn’t used the internet much yet, but so far I’d recommend Tachus based solely on Patrick’s efforts and attitude.
