When you call, you immediately get a person that knows technical details and quickly answers all your questions. The installer (Elvin) for the new line, went over and above to check out all of the options for the best placements for the best overall service. Elvin was completely informed and did a phenomenal job for installing our new line. Above all of this, Elvin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, he stayed to be sure that all of our equipment connected properly and updates were complete, to be sure that we would get the optimal service from Tachus.
