The superior choice to cable

Had our service installed last week. Communication with the home office for scheduling was great; we had to change the day of install and doing that was smooth and the office was very friendly. The team that ran the line up to the house on the outside was respectful of property and kept things clean and tidy; you can barely see where the line was laid. Our indoor installer was Michael and he was friendly, respectful of property, and the process was quicker than i thought it would be. He also made sure that the box was oriented the way i wanted in my makeshift media enclosure closet. Overall great experience, thanks Tachus!

We are new customers to Tachus, but with everything we have found AMAZING customer service! When you call, you immediately get a person that knows technical details and quickly answers all your questions. The installer (Elvin) for the new line, went over and above to check out all of the options for the best placements for the best overall service. Elvin was completely informed and did a phenomenal job for installing our new line. Above all of this, Elvin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, he stayed to be sure that all of our equipment connected properly and updates were complete, to be sure that we would get the optimal service from Tachus. We so appreciate the great customer service.

Excellent customer service by Danny Give me a call 45 minutes prior to coming out to the house. He walked me through all the steps that he’s gonna be doing. Performed them steps had no problems. Once he got done installing everything, he walked me through how to use the app. Insulation job was perfect.

Alvin was on time and gave a call to let us know when he would be here. He was very pleasant, efficient and did a very clean job. Demonstrated the app and tested the connection speed and showed me how to connect my main computer to the network. Excellent service from Tachus.

Elvin did an exceptional job. He was courteous and professional. He called to announce his arrival. I have 6 dogs who are non-aggressive and friendly and don't leave the yard with the gate.open. My dogs trusted him so he's got to be a good guy! Dogs knows best! Not one barked or showed any interest! The CSR who answered my call was also exceptional! Tachus hires only the best!
