The superior choice to cable

We had our internet service with Tyler Frazier today. I couldn’t ask for better service. He was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain tech details that would benefit our family and home. The installation process was quick and professional and the setup looked great! I highly recommend his service and Tachus/EZ Fiber.

Surprised to have actually had a good experience with an internet provider. The sub contractor who installed my fiber was bad, but the Tachus Tech they sent out later to solve the issues he created was phenomenal. He noticed I had ethernet cords and PCIe adaptor cards ready to use for the fastest speeds and swapped my router for one that could actually provide me the speeds I was paying for. 10/10 for the tech. My only complaint is that I shouldn't be relying on the tech to catch that I wanted to use speeds higher than 1.0 GB. If I'm paying for 2.5 gb then I feel the company should be responsible for providing the router that can support those speeds...obviously. Had the tech not caught this, I would still have only had access to half the speeds I was paying for.

We switched to Tachus a little over a week ago from AT&T air, and we have been nothing but impressed! Our install was super quick, and I was provided with all the knowledge at the time of set up. Fantastic customer service from being sold the service to the install. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Tyler! Tyler showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He explained the whole process, made sure the signal was strong in every room, and cleaned up after the install like he was never even there. You can tell he takes pride in his work—quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Internet is running perfectly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Tyler if you want it done right the first time!

Tyler Frazier is awesome at his job! He needs to train others or be moved up in the company. He is personable, attentive, listens and has a knack for going above and beyond to make sure service is up and running smoothly. He also takes the time to explain how things work. He needs to be in upper management and helping guide the company to even greater bottom line goals!
