When you call, you immediately get a person that knows technical details and quickly answers all your questions. The installer (Elvin) for the new line, went over and above to check out all of the options for the best placements for the best overall service. Elvin was completely informed and did a phenomenal job for installing our new line. Above all of this, Elvin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, he stayed to be sure that all of our equipment connected properly and updates were complete, to be sure that we would get the optimal service from Tachus. Excellent customer service by Danny Give me a call 45 minutes prior to coming out to the house. He walked me through all the steps that he’s gonna be doing. Performed them steps had no problems. Once he got done installing everything, he walked me through how to use the app. Insulation job was perfect.

Had our service installed last week. Communication with the home office for scheduling was great; we had to change the day of install and doing that was smooth and the office was very friendly. The team that ran the line up to the house on the outside was respectful of property and kept things clean and tidy; you can barely see where the line was laid. Our indoor installer was Michael and he was friendly, respectful of property, and the process was quicker than i thought it would be. He also made sure that the box was oriented the way i wanted in my makeshift media enclosure closet. Overall great experience, thanks Tachus!

We had an appointment with Tachus to set up the internet service at our new home. Mr. Jose L. was our technician for the day. He was on time, polite, informative and very professional. It only took him about an hour to service our home so it was very sufficient, after all he's been doing this for 24 years. We're very impressed and happy with our service. Highly recommended!
