We had Tyler come out to install gigabit at our house, and he did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond by helping us set up our Wi-Fi Eero system. Tyler took the extra time to swap out the faceplate so no cable was hanging loose, leaving everything super neat and professional. He carefully set up the system on our filing cabinet, tidied up after himself, and patiently waited while I reset my Eero account since I couldn’t remember my password. He even gave us a quick and helpful lesson in low-voltage basics. Overall, Tyler was professional, efficient, and very personable. Thank you sooooo much! :)

Just got my internet installed today by Tony Garcia and honestly, the whole experience was great. Tony was super friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything step by step so I actually understood the process, which I really appreciated. First off, my inquiry phone call with Tachus was warm and responsive to my many questions. I wasn’t home when the fiber was brought underground to my home, but Terrence the installer kept the high bar set by the customer service team. He was professional and careful to attend to details as he got our house up and running. I am very pleased with how he respected my home and discussed placement of the thin fiber-optic line so my modem and router could be placed optimally. If the connectivity matches the customer service Tachus has provided us thus far, we are going to be very happy long-term customers.
