We had an exceptional service visit from Tachus subcontractor Dwayne (SC18). From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and immediately gave us confidence that our issue would be resolved. He thoroughly inspected and properly cleaned the exterior fiber cables before reseating the connection, replaced our equipment, and took the extra time to verify that everything was fully operational before heading out. True professional who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Huge thanks to Dwayne!

Called today for an issue with my account and spoke with Aldo. Super awesome and helpful, and he transferred me later to Ed, who provided me even more help. Amazing customer service. Everything has been AWESOME with Tachus but I wanted to give these guys in particular a shout out.

Roberto Cruz is one of the nicest technicians I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly quick and efficient, and he takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail are truly impressive; he’s absolutely on point. I highly recommend him!

Installation was smooth and professional the fact they services on the weekend already speaks volumes in it self from using other ISP providers in the area. WIll give a feedback update month of use if their were any issues arrising.
